	HOPE VI PHASE 2 Once the site of New Brunswick Homes, the new Riverside Complex is now the home of 76 units of mixed income affordable housing. Like Phase 1, the development includes townhome style units which include driveways and garages, as well as six (6) units that comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to provide full accessibility for families with a disabled household member. In addition, Phase 2 has two "tot lots" for small children and a community building whose use and programming is availed to all residents in the new HOPE VI units of all the phases of development.
