	HOPE VI PHASE 4 New Brunswick's HOPE VI Revitalization, through down payment and soft-cost assistance programs, has already been the impetus for creating new 24 homeowners during the relocation process. NBHA and TCB are committed to providing another 12 homeownership opportunities to former residents of New Brunswick Homes. Presently, the plan will utilize the Authority's Section 8 homeownership program plan to create scattered-site homeownership allowing families the choice to buy in the same neighborhood. Further, NBHA and TCB are looking to develop additional affordable homeownership units to ensure that families that meet the qualifications and complete the homeownership training can find decent housing within their price range in New Brunswick. ------------------------------------ phase 1 phase 2 phase 3 phase 4
