currently a New Brunswick Public Housing Resident or a former
New Brunswick Memorial Homes resident relocated through
HOPE VI
- Have
a valid driver's license
- Have
a high school diploma or GED

| If
you meet these three requirements and are interested in
receiving FREE training in a number of construction fields,
APPLY TODAY for the New Brunswick
Workforce Development Program!

If accepted into the training program, you could enroll in a pre-apprenticeship
program, that would provide a free 40-hour training program in various
fields within the construction industry. Non-construction training
programs also available.
After successful completion of the training program, eligible graduates
can qualify for up to 500 hours of paid on the job training, that
can lead to a position in one of the local unions.

The New Brunswick Workforce Development
Program was created by the New Brunswick Housing Authority in conjunction
with the Laborer's International Union of North America, to provide
free training to the current public housing residents of New Brunswick
and former Memorial Homes residents. |
